At Coastal Property Management, this is one of the services we truly excel at, this service is tailor made for you and your property.

We go the extra mile for our clients and the guests they serve, and our Premium Caretaking Services can be the cherry on top for your rental property or holiday home. As standard, Coastal Property Management’s Premium Caretaking Services come with a comprehensive weekly check of your property – inside and out – ensuring that everything from decoration and gardening, to fencing and patio furniture are intact.

Coastal Property Management can also serve as registered keyholders with Devon & Cornwall police for your property or holiday home, meaning you can relax knowing that if necessary, we can liaise with those services on your behalf, allowing you to focus on other things.

We are also on-call for your guests. If for any reason we are needed, we are available and on-hand to take care of your guests needs.

Our Premium Caretaking Services also come with the monthly re-stocking of supplies, so you and your guests will never run low on the essentials again, allowing your guests to focus on the more important things – like enjoying their stay!
